Royal Saint Lucia Police Force

The members of the Royal St. Lucia Police Force are busy preparing for a Calypso performance which they stage on Friday the 30th of June 2006, in the yard at police headquarters near the police canteen. The show starts at 8:00pm and tickets are available at the police canteen at a cost of $15.00EC in advance or $20.00EC at the door.
Ten calypsonians are expected to participate in the event which they say will be worthy of a visit to the police yard. Dominican Calypsonian, Deryck "Hunter" St.Rose, also a police officer, is expected to make a guest apperance at the show.
Members of the public are asked to come out in full support of the calypso extravaganza.

The 1st National Bank, Saint Lucia Limited, has rendered overwhelming support to the organizers, by first of all making a monetary contribution, which assisted significantly, in defraying the expenses of the event.

A representative of the bank, viz, Robert Fevrier, Projects and Services Manager, was taken on a guided tour of the venue for the show, by one of the organizers, Dyson Imbert of the Police Band.

The members of the Force expressed sincere gratitude for the help given by the bank and the other sponsors, towards the organizing of the Calypso Show.
