MACHINE READABLE PASSPORTS

 

NOTICE

All applicants for Machine Readable Passports are notified that they are to produce the following documents:-

• Expired Passport
  
  
• Birth certificates ( Birth and Baptismal certificates will not be accepted)


• Change of name document (If applicable)


Marriage certificate (Women only, if applicable)


Divorce certificate (Women only and if applicable)


St. Lucia citizenship document (If born overseas)


Death certificate (Widow)


National Identification Card.

 

N.B. only original documents will be accepted
