Charged with Attempt to Pervert the Course of Justice

Ignatius Joseph, Sergeant 191 of the Dennery Police Station, was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest on Thursday the 2nd of February 2006. He was charged on the same day, for the offence of “Attempt to Pervert the Course of Justice.” The incident occurred on the 11th of October 2004, at the High Court in Castries.

He was bailed in the sum of $3000.00EC. The matter was adjourned to the 16th of February 2006.
