Banks Robbery Update - 03/10/06 David Henry David Henry, age 34, of La Guerre, Babonneau, Castries, was charged on Thursday the 28th of September 2006, for the offence of Robbery. Henry robbed the First Caribbean Bank on Bridge Street, Castries, the sum of $13,800 EC on Wednesday the 26th of July 2006. He walked into the bank and presented a threatening note to the teller, demanding money and displayed a black pistol in a brown envelope. He was taken to court on that same Thursday 28th September 2006, and was bailed in the sum of $10,000EC cash or suitable surety or land documents. He was ordered to surrender his passport to the court, also his St. Lucian Identification Card. He is not to contact the virtual complainant or the witnesses in this matter, nor is he allowed to leave the state without the permission of the court. He also has to report to the Criminal Investigations Department in Castries, on Mondays and Fridays between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm.
He was taken to court on Friday the 22nd of September
2006, and was bailed in the sum of $10,000EC cash or suitable surety.
His travel documents are to be surrendered to the court. He also
has to report to the Central Police Station every Monday and Friday,
between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm.
