Possession of Firearm - 05/01/06
Teddy Paul, age 21, of Aupicon, Vieux Fort, was arrested and charged with Possession of Firearm, on Tuesday the 3rd of January 2006. He appeared before the court in Vieux Fort, on Wednesday the 4th of January 2005, and was fined the sum of $15,000EC. He was asked to pay the amount of $7500EC, forthwith or in default, 7 years imprisonment. The balance is to be paid by the 4th of April 2006, or in default, a further 7 years imprisonment.
