Homicide

Laurent Moynaton, who is a French national but also a resident of St. Lucia, was found dead at Vigie, Castries, about 5:00am on Tuesday the 5th of December 2006. He appeared to have several gun shot wounds to his abdomen and one to his head area.

He was employed as a chef at the Coal Pot Restaurant at Vigie. Moynaton’s new grey and blue metallic ford pick up van was also stolen. The vehicle is not tinted and has black seat covers with red inscriptions on the seat.

No one has been arrested in connection with this incident, however, investigation is continuing.
