A Special Police Constable (S.P.C.) serving with the Royal St.Lucia Police Force for the past ten years was charged on Thursday the 10th of January 2008, on four counts of Incest and one of Indecent Assault following an investigation. The incident occurred between October 2003 and September 2007. He is due to appear in court on Friday the 11th of January 2008 for a bail hearing. His current service status will be reviewed following the court appearance.
