32 year old, Jose Clyne of Entrepot, Castries is the island’s latest road fatality.
Clyne was attempting to cross the John Compton Highway near Northwest, about 7:15pm on Monday the 8th of September 2008, when he was knocked down by an oncoming vehicle, registration number PB1416, driven by Peter Charlery of Monier.
He sustained head and body injuries as a result of the accident. He was taken to the Victoria Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Investigation is continuing.
