Andrew King of Sans Souci, Castries, was bailed in the sum of $12,000 EC cash, for possession of firearms and ammunition. He was ordered by the Magistrate, to surrender all his traveling documents to the Court.

He was arrested and charged after a search warrant was executed on his premises, on Friday the 13th of January 2006, where a .22 rifle with 81 rounds of .22 ammunition, along with a .25 semi automatic pistol with 6 rounds of .25 ammunition, were recovered.
