Homicide - 18/08/06

On Thursday the 17th of August 2006,about 4:15pm, investigators attached to the Criminal Investigation Department(C.I.D), responded to a report at Careille, Castries.
Upon arrival at the scene, the investigators discovered a partially decomposed body of a male in the bush nearby. His throat was slashed and both of his wrists were partially severed. There were also multiple wounds to his body. Information with reference to the identity of the deceased, has not been forthcoming. In the meantime, investigation is continuing in the matter.
