Drug Eradication:
On 16th November 2005, the southern Special Services Unit and the
Drug Unit eradicated 4267 fully grown Marijuana plants and 2012
young plants on four plantations in the Belle Vue, Vieux Fort area.
A large quantity of Cannabis was also found in a shack on one of
the plantations, along with 13 rounds of.38 ammunition.
No one was arrested during this exercise.
