Possession of Firearm - 19/01/06

Bert D’Auvergne, age 25, of La Croix Maingot, Anse-la-Raye and Adrian St. Rose, age 24, of Grande Riviere, Dennery, were arrested by Anse La Raye Police, on Monday, the 16th of January 2006, about 9:30 p.m. at La Croix Maingot, for the possession of a 9mm pistol and seven (7) rounds of ammunition. Both have been charged and were taken to court on Thursday the 19th of January 2006. They were remanded at the Boredelais Correctional Facility, until the 16th of March 2006, for a second appearance in Court.
