On Thursday the 22nd of January 2009, Andrew Kagan Richardson, 31 years of Bonneterre, quarter of Gros-Islet, made an appearance in the Gros-Islet court for what is termed an Initial Hearing.
After the proceedings, he was remanded at the Boredelais Correctional Facility until the 17th of April 2009, where he makes another appearance in court for what is known as a Sufficiency Hearing.
Richardson was previously charged for the Murder of Dr. Trona Bennett who was found dead at her home at Trouya, quarter of Gros-Islet, on Tuesday the 13th of January, 2009. |
