Three Charged for the Death of Marchand Youth

On Thursday the 19th of February 2009, police preferred charges against three men of San Souci, Castries, for the murder of Dwayne Hazel James, alias “Chubby”, of Trou-Rouge, Castries. They are: Marvyn Terry Nelson, 24 years, Lyden Blasse, 22 years and Donathan St.Rose, popularly known as “Ninja Dan”, 30 years.
They all appeared in D Court on that same Thursday the 19th of February 2009, where they were remanded at the Boredelais Correctional Facility until they reappear in court on Friday the 3rd of April, 2009.
The deceased, Dwayne Hazel James, was allegedly stabbed multiple times about 2:00am on Saturday the 14th of February 2009, at Maynard-Hill, Castries, over an alleged domestic dispute.
