Michael Clifford, Alias “Jah Blaze” Charged for Murder

On Thursday the 12th of March 2009, about 2:00pm, Michael Clifford, alias “Jah Blaze” of Delcer, Choiseul, was charged by police, for the Murder of Anthony St.Clair, 24 Years also of Delcer, Choiseul. The charge was preferred at the Boredelais Correctional Facility, where he is currently serving a term for the possession of firearm.
The incident involving the death of Anthony St.Clair occurred between Saturday the 19th of June 1999 and Thursday the 24th of June 1999, at the Gros-Piton, Union Vale, Choiseul.
A Warrant of arrest in the First Instance was issued for the arrest of Michael Clifford, until he was arrested by members of the Special Services Unit (S.S.U.), who intercepted the vehicle he was traveling on, near the Vigie round-about, about 8:00pm, on Monday the 16th of February, 2009.
Michael Clifford is scheduled to make an appearance in court, on Monday the 16th of March 2009, in relation to the Charge.
