Police Concern Over Death of Soufriere Woman

Soufriere police are currently investigating the circumstances of the death of Josephine Clovis, 72 years of Fond Benier, Soufriere.
On Thursday the 12th of March 2009, she was found dead at her house by her husband, Denis Clovis also 72 years. A report was made to the police, who launched an investigation into the matter.
A Post Mortem examination was performed on the body of Josephine Clovis on Wednesday the 18th of March 2009 and the result revealed death by Asphyxia secondary to strangulation.
Her husband died on that same Wednesday the 18th of March 2009 and a Post Mortem is scheduled for Monday the 23rd of March, 2009.
No one has been arrested in relation to this matter; however, police are continuing their investigation. |
