Kurt James Remanded for Murder Charge
On Thursday the 12th of November, 2009, Kurt James, a.k.a. “Bertie”, 24 years of Pavee, Castires, appeared in court with reference to the charge of Murder and Using Firearm with Intent. He was remanded at the Boredelais Correctional Facility until the 15th of January, 2009, when he reappears for a sufficiency hearing.
He was previously charged for the murder of Patrick Lewis, 45 years of Park Lane, Marchand, Castries and also the offence of using a firearm with intent, in relation to the shooting of Prince Richardson, 26 years of Grass-Street, Castries.
