Goodlands Youth Dies in Motorcycle Accident
Traffic police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Lance Joseph, 22 years of Goodlands, Castries, who got involved in an accident while riding a motorcycle, about 5:45pm, on Tuesday the 24th of November, 2009, at Goodlands.
Reports indicate that Joseph was riding the motorcycle, blue in colour, Honda Translap, registration number: PG 4056, in the direction of Cul-De-Sac, Castries, when it ran off the pitched surface of the road and hit a wall. He fell in the process and was thereafter taken to the Victoria Hospital where he was pronounced dead. We have recorded thirty (30) road fatalities for the year 2009. |
