Road Accident Claims Life of La Croix Maingot Youth
About 3:10pm on Sunday the 13th of December 2009, there was an accident along the Barre Denis Road, Castries, involving motor omnibus, registration number: TG 209, driven by Aurilius Mitchel of La Croix Maingot, a motor cycle driven by Burt D’auvergne of La Croix Maingot and another motor cycle driven by Valentine Lucien AKA “Broom” of La Croix Maingot.
As a result of the accident, Aurelius Mitchel, Burt D’auvergne and 25 year old Kim Gustave of Odsan sustained minor injuries. However, 33 year old Valentine Lucien sustained serious head injuries. They were taken to the Victoria Hospital for medical attention.
On Monday the 14th of December 2009, about 12:20pm, Valentine Lucien succumbed to his injuries at the Victoria Hospital. |
