Bexon Youth on Firearm Charge, Sent to Prison
On Friday the 11th of December, 2009, officers attached to the Major Crime Unit of the Criminal Investigation Department (C.I.D.), conducted a search at the residence of Randell John, 22 years of Bexon, Castries, where a .22 Rifle was found.
John was arrested and subsequently charged for the possession of firearm. He was taken to court on Wednesday the 16th of December, 2009, where he pleaded guilty to the charge.
After the facts were presented, John was sentenced to five years imprisonment at the Boredelais Correctional facility. |
