Court Fines Bisee Youths on Drug Charges
The Major Crime Unit conducted a search at a house at Bisee, Castries on Wednesday the 16th of December, 2009. The house was occupied by Nicholas Justin, 22 years and Garvey Williams also 22 years, both of Bisee.
The search revealed a quantity of Cannabis which resulted in the arrest of both men. They were subsequently charged for the offence of possession of controlled drugs.
Both men were taken to court on Wednesday the 16th of December, 2009, where they pleaded guilty to the charges. They were each fined the sum of $500.00EC to be paid forthwith. |
