Cutlass Attack Leaves Marchand Youth Dead

Police have launched an investigation into the death of 21-year-old, Titus Paul, alias “Roach” of Marchand, Castries, who died after he was struck with a cutlass in the head.
Reports indicate that about1:30pm, on Sunday the 4th of July, 2010, Paul was at a bar at Aux-Leon, Dennery, when two young men approached him and struck him with a cutlass in the head and shoulder. He was subsequently taken to the Victoria Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
A motive has not been established but an investigation is in progress.
