Marchand Youth Shot Dead at Bexon

Police have launched an investigation into the death of 26-year-old, Elisha Duverley a.k.a “Coco” of Marchand, Castries, who was shot by a group of men about 2:40am on Friday the 30th of July, 2010.
According to reports, Duverley was in an area along the Bexon Highway, near the Marc junction, at the aforesaid time when a group of men shot him several times. His girlfriend, 22-year-old, Sabrina Charles also of Marchand, who was in his company, was also shot in the process. Duverley was subsequently pronounced dead at the Victoria Hospital. His girlfriend was treated at the aforementioned hospital and later discharged.
