On Tuesday the 10th of August 2010, about 7:35pm, Kerwin David Vitalis of Carielle, Castries, was walking along the Marchand Road, when some unknown person shot him in the lower back.
He is presently admitted at the Victoria Hospital in stable condition. Investigations Continues. |
