Attempted Robbery:
On Saturday 17th December 2005, about 4:00am, an ex-police officer was driving up Agard Lands, Morne-Du-Don,Castries, when a young man armed with a knife attempted to rob him. The ex-police officer quickly drew his licensed firearm and shot the would-be robber in the shoulder area.

Investigation into this matter is continuing.
