Fatal Accident

19 year old construction worker, Jason Nick Charles of Ti Morne, Union, Castries, died when an excavator, driven by Ricky Frankie Mercedez of La Croix Maingot, Castries, rolled over his body and crushed him on Friday the 20th of October 2006 about 5:18pm, at the construction site near the Almond Morgan Bay Resort at Choc.

A post mortem examination is scheduled for Monday the 23rd of October 2006. Investigation is continuing.
