Drug Eradication

On Wednesday the 15th of November 2006, Personnel from the Drug Squad, Vieux Fort, Special Services Unit (SSU) and the Choiseul Police Station, eradicated a cannabis plantation, consisting of 2884 fully grown plants, 880 young plants and over 4000 seedlings in Desraches, quarter of Soufriere. A quantity of harvested cannabis found in a shed at the aforementioned location, was also destroyed. No one was arrested during the eradication.
