Homicide

Vincent Elmslix, age 37 of Belair, quarter of Marigot, was also the victim of a homicide which occurred about 3:00am on Saturday the 23rd of December 2006, at the aforementioned address during an altercation.

One man has been arrested in connection with this incident.
