Fire at Boys Training Centre:
On Friday 25th November 2005, about 11:25pm, 11-year-old Jamal Roberts of Pavee, Castries, died as a result of a fire whilst he was in a holding cell at the Boys Training Centre situated at Massade, Gros-Islet.

The origin of the fire is yet to be established, however, investigation into the matter is continuing.
