| Homicide:
On 23rd December 2005, on Micoud Street, Castries, about 8:35
pm, 18 year-old Kavin Phillip of Belair, quarter of Anse La Raye,
was shot while running away from an altercation he was involved
in, with two men. He was shot in the armpit area and was pronounced
dead upon arrival at the Victoria Hospital, Castries.
A Post Mortem examination which was performed on the body of
Kavin Phillip, on Tuesday 27th December 2005, revealed death by
Hemorrhagic Shock, secondary to gun shot wounds. The third rib
was penetrated and the left lung got damaged in the process.
No one has been arrested in connection with this incident.
