Correction to Newspaper article
on the 9th November 2005:
In reference to an article in the Wednesday’s Star dated 9th
November 2005, indicating that a man died as a result of a stab
wound to the chest area, on Friday evening, 4th November 2005. The
Royal St. Lucia Police Force would like to correct this statement
by saying that no one died as a result of that incident. The story
is as follows:
On Friday the 4th of November 2005 about 9:00pm, Randal Adonis
AKA Tupac from Arundell Hill was stabbed in the chest area on
Maryann Street, Castries during an altercation with a man from
the Babonneau area.
Mr Adonis is presently recovering from his injuries at the Victoria
Hospital.
No one has been arrested in connection with this incident, however
investigations are continuing.
