The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force hereby invites Tenders for the provision of quotation for the installation of a Video Surveillance System (CCTV) in the City of Castries.

Required are:

• PTZ IP Cameras - Bullet and Vandal proof
• Redundant Archive Servers
• Work Stations
• Training in use of Cameras (End Users and Maintenance Crew)
• Monitors

• Cost for One Year Technical Support
• Shipping Cost
• Maintenance Cost

Proposal should provide details of training and technical support.

A tour of the site will be conducted by the Information Technology Department on Tuesday July 13, 2010 at 10:00a.m.  Interested Companies/persons are to contact Superintendent Lionel of the IT Department of the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force -Telephone 456-3724/Cell 285-1844 for further information. 

Tenders should be submitted no later than noon on Wednesday September 1st, 2010, in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Tender for the Video Surveillance System (CCTV) Project – Castries” and addressed to:
